Discover the perfect balance of heat and citrus with our signature salmon roast. We slow-roast premium fillets at a gentle temperature to ensure a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Resting on a bed of caramelized fennel and basted in a bespoke glaze of spicy harissa, wildflower honey, and fresh lemon, it’s a vibrant centerpiece designed for effortless entertaining.

Finishing Instructions: Harissa & Fennel Salmon Roast

This salmon has been slow-roasted at a low temperature to remain succulent and tender. Please follow these gentle reheating steps to preserve the delicate texture.

1. Gentle Warm (Best Results)

  • Water Bath: Place the unopened sealed bag into a pot of warm (not boiling) water.

  • Ideally, the water should be around 55°C – 60°C.

  • Let it sit for 10–12 minutes. This gently warms the fats and the honey-harissa sauce without further cooking the fish.

2. Oven Method

  • Preheat your oven to 140°C.

  • Remove the salmon, fennel, and all the juices from the bag and place them in a baking dish.

  • Cover the dish tightly with foil to trap the moisture.

  • Heat for 8–10 minutes. Since the salmon is already cooked, you are only looking to take the chill off.

3. Serving

  • Plate with Care: Because this salmon is slow-roasted to a delicate, buttery texture, it will flake naturally. Carefully lift the tender pieces and arrange them on your platter, alternating the salmon with layers of the aromatic roasted fennel. Finish the dish by drizzling the remaining honey-harissa juices over the top and garnishing with of fresh dill.
