Heating & Serving Instructions
Reheat: Warm the sealed bag in a 60°C water bath for 10–12 minutes. Alternatively, place in a covered dish in a 160°C oven for 8 minutes with a splash of water to keep it moist.
Serving: Slide the fillet onto a platter and make sure to spoon every bit of that olive salsa and oil over the top.
